Eeeehh... Forgive me for barging in, but why/how does ticking an object's "actor" button affect the rendering of it? (This is something I have never witnessed)

@Jojon and bnewton81: I don't know why it does that. Early on, I found it out the hard way. It was driving me nuts. I finally added bounds to my terrain mesh just to find that I could stand in empty space - while my texture was a tiny little block. Lo and behold... :?

Did the object have any transformations?

At one time (quite long ago) we had an issue with the exporting of colliders not taking transforms into account, giving you off-scale and off-rotation bounds and we had to "apply" these to the mesh, before exporting, or suffer colliders facing the wrong way or being the wrong size.

I'm thinking maybe your colliders are the size you expect but the small patch you are seeing is actually your ground in its entirety, only much smaller... :7

This is exactly what I had happen. The texture was complete, as was the topography. It just showed up as a tiny square at the object center. Only after looking at other ages with collision - did I realize my folly.
