3d max 2012 Issues (solved)

I'm having trouble with the 3d max 2012 plug-ins. I'm getting a failed to install error code 193. I've coped the .dll files from the uru live directory and I'm use the 2012 plugs from here. Is there something I'm missing?

Edit: I was using x64bit 3d max 2012
