I don't know if I can help you.
I had the same problem a while ago. A friend helped me. I have now installed Drizzle on the desktop and start it from there.
To do this you have to write in the input directory.
System command prompt
you type
cd Desktop (enter to the next line)
java -jar Drizzle32.jar (enter)

Or your Drizzle Version

Also, instead of using only Java, I also installed Jarfix:
