There was also a bug with animating layers that used stencils. That has been fixed in my working copy, I just have to convince my computer that my external hard drive exists long enough to drop it onto SVN.

Cool, I'll download the new plugin as soon as I can. I've spent the last 2 days swapping out my hard drive, but It's back up and running, so I'll let you know.
