Ah excellent. Well you've picked some great ones. Feel free to use any of mine. I'd love to donate anything to this Age.

@Nadnerb: Please forget that waveset transparency problem for the moment - but keep it in mind!

I was trying that envmap thing. But I did forget, that envmaps cause horrible lags each few seconds in my age.
So I decided to change my original idea and have changed the whole room into something different. Screenshot will follow in a few days. I'm not finished yet. But it looks 100 times better that my first idea. You'll be surprised! 8-)

Now I just have to fix that transparency fragment problem an the edges of the textures.
But I have to leave the house right now. Someone please has a link for me to the best informations about how to do this major/minor thing? Thx. 8-)

Jonnee,

Pardon me for asking, but is your grass a custom texture - or did you find it on the web? Just curious. ;)

Absolutely gorgeous, Jonnee. Are those sparks coming off the tree-branches animated?

I found the grass texture with google image search.

And yes Carl, the sparks are animated. 8-)

That sounds like you’re using a dynamic environment map (that is regenerated every few seconds and then causes these hiccups) – perhaps a static prerendered one would be sufficient for your purpose? Don’t ask me how to make those however, I haven’t touched PyPRP for quite a while…

Edit: This works great for objects like glass bottles and flat water surfaces. It does not seem to work on wavesets though.
