Okay, when I export one of my ages I get an immediate error

Code: Select all
import yaml
ImportError: No module named yaml

You need to install yaml. See the wiki for the Pyprp installation instructions.

Hmm, has Whilyam been making ages all this time without yaml? I don't think so. This is strange. Could it be that PyPRP chokes on an Alcscript syntax error and comes up with the wrong message?

Ah, okay I will do that. I thought I had, odd.

And D'lanor, no I haven't been doing ages without yaml all this time. My computer's hard drive stopped working recently so I've had to re-build some parts that weren't properly backed up.

EDIT: Yep, it works. Sorry about that :D

In case you run into other installation related problems, most of them (including the one you just encountered) are mentionned in the Troubleshooting FAQ.

Also I'm sorry to hear about your HD. I hope you had back-ups.. Loosing data is always a very bad surprise.. :/
