Cluster groups

Failing badly with my searching, I'll just ask: did cluster groups ever make it into any official release of pyPRP?

(I half recall someone describing using them, by simply assigning the same mesh to several objects in Blender, but my attempts at that (with a huge-ish mesh) seems to produce equally big prp:s as just duplicating, so I guess that is either not it, or we haven't currently got the thing. :7 )

There were various attempts at using this feature of plasma, but I don't believe any of them made it to a stable release, as they tended to make the results rather unstable under certain conditions. (I recall an early test of clustergroups by someone else that filled my age with copies of the willow limbs)

one of the attempts which I wrote worked around some features of standard drawablespans to use the same mesh data multiple times, rather than using actual clustergroups, however, things tended to break when using animations on these duplicated objects. I also tried exporting Odema once with it, but it just crashed horribly... though that isn't really surprising. <_< This modification is probably present in Paradox's contrib branch, (I've since lost the original modification due to a hard drive failure) but that's always been pretty incompatible with the stable branch. :P

In a word, no. :?
