When i click the linking panel to the age i created in blender it goes to black screen and says "Some game files are missing or corrupted. Please reinstall uru." but uru runs fine so idk why it doesnt work.

This happens when 2 or more ages in your "dat" directory have the same sequence number.
The sequenceprefix of your age inside the "book" script has to be unique.

Ok thanks is there a way i can check to make sure i dont duplicate or is it guess and check?

You did not report that.
Thats another problem.
If so, then your export was not successfull and you have to look in the logfile created by blender.
did you look to the blender console during export?
