Guild of Writers

I have read through the age tut http://www.guildofwriters.com/wiki/Your_Very_First_Age many times and have of course noticed that the info therein is outdated. I have just accepted it and tried to move on, but i am now having trouble exporting my age and am wondering if it is a common problem due to outdated info in the tutorial.

When i export my age everything seems to be working fine. I export to the dat folder of CC but seems that the only files being made are a .age file and a folder containing an empty text file.

Anyone have any advice? Also if anyone can list any sections of the tutorial that are outdated to the point of being incorrect, i would be very grateful. If any exist at all.

I think this tutorial is more up to date.

Try to export to new clen folder first to be sure that there are some file sgenerated.

And most of all: check blender console to see if You getting any errors from exporter.

Why do you think that tutorial is outdated? You wouldn't be using a Blender beta above 2.49b? Because that won't work with PyPRP.

The only outdated part of that tutorial is the ULM (although you could still use it if you wanted to).
