I just recently downloaded Valve's Source SDK and it got me thinking and a slightly a bit interested in Myst again. Is it possible to upload ages from Uru to Hammer editor and perhaps Source games like Half Life 2 and Portal?

Uru's format is a horrible tangled mess. If you want to export Ages to Source/Hammer, you're probably going to have to write some nontrivial conversion scripts yourself.
