Age Creation Blender to Max Tool

I'm curious what the interest is in a tool to convert from the blender values to the wacky max plugin values?

Not to convert an age itself, but the values of the different components. For instance, with blender alcscripting, we always used just floats for the values for sounds, wavesets etc. Whereas with PlasmaMax it's a bit more complicated, for instance the values for sounds are decibels, the values for the angles of spot lights etc are all different then what we're used to with building in Blender etc. So, my question is is there any interest in a stand alone tool (A Plasma Calculator) for people who want to move their pre-existing ages from blender to max in the future? The Plasma Calculator could be used to convert the existing floats into the correct Max values for those who don't like the math. This could speed up the process of moving stuff from blender to max cause you'd figure out your values as your building your age in Blender. Or your pre built age that you wish to convert to max) and then pop the data in the calculator to get the correct settings to use in 3dsMax. I ask because I do all the math myself with a calculator to convert from blender to max. But if there's interest I might be more inclined to just build a small tool that would do the preset math for us.

That sounds like an excellent idea! I imagine PyPRP2 will use the same entry types as Max, so it would also be useful to have the formulas for an automated conversion from PyPRP 1 -> PyPRP 2.

If Paradox is right, that i need the same for converting blender to the blender 2.7, then i fully support in "encouraging" you.
I think i will never switch to max, because i can not get the right version, i cannot aford a "current version" and i am used to blender now.
Blender is excellent once you are used to it, and it even will be more excellent when the stable release 2.7 is out.( This weekend!!!)
Those wonderfull Worlds are called " Ages" , because that is what it takes to build one.
