@iain

It is probably not to difficult to implement new sounds to relativity. (may be there will be some issues with overlapping soundregions between different subworlds . Not sure.)
Many of us, (among me) could do this task.

There only are some conditions.
1) Upgrade only with permission of the "owner" , does every contributor agree that this still is a community project? I saw that Tachzusamm agreed to that, so do i for my little part to it.
2) Who has the latest "blendfile" including textures, Its only possible to upgrade it , if you have entrance to the sources.
where can we find it?
Those wonderfull Worlds are called " Ages" , because that is what it takes to build one.

Tachzusamm or Calana has the latest "blendfile" including textures scrips and other stuff. all I have is the original structure the associated textures in Max and the autocad file that I converted it from.
The Optimist see's the glass half full, The Pessimist see's the glass half empty.
Its the Realist who see's the glass is half full with air, half full with water

Hello all,

Thanks for the responses. :)

The sounds I created were exclusively for the puzzle room (not sure what it's called?) with the large metal wheels on the windows, and control panels that rise from the floor.

I'm afraid I don't know anything about the assets for the Age, or about the process for implementing the sounds: I have only a gameplay video.

If one of you is willing and able to implement the sounds, that would be great. Drop me a line and I can send you the sounds and descriptions etc.

Yes, I know, I know. You all are still waiting for the new sources to be published.

I'm not dead yet, but still a bit ill. My apologies, Iain. (My foot is getting better, but before I reached the point where a could shout "life's wonderful", I damaged my knee - and my mood lowered too. I don't really get what's going on here.)

Regarding the sounds for the machine: Well, the sounds are nice - Iain did a good job here.
Unfortunately it's not enough to insert the sounds into the Age, because, well, the buttons currently don't have slots for sounds. This still needs a lot of work, which means: scripting.
This situation has not changed during January.

I assume there will come a time to work on Relativity again. But this time is not now for me.

Sorry to hear that you haven't been well. Of course, your health is more important than Relativity.

Drop me a line when you are ready to proceed, and once we can audition the sounds within the game I'll make any final adjustments and additions. If I remember correctly I held off making a couple of sounds until the rest are synced: that offer still stands and I will be happy to complete the work whenever is convenient. :)

I am just keen to see and hear it all in action because the visuals are amazing and I think the sounds will take the experience to the next level!
