One of my "zen rituals" is making cutouts of pictures, like I take a Planet and all its moons and with the best precision I can muster I trim all the background out, so that later on I can use it on whatever background I choose. Well I just got done doing some fairly nice wood carving accent pieces and thought I'd throw em on here for anyone that wanted to use them. I will not be using them for quite some time, and even if I did they are so small, I doubt anyone would ever notice if they saw it anywhere else.

I got the original pics from a site selling these wood carvings (I think). I'm not sure what the proper protocol is when using media like this. I always figured: I'm not making any money with it, and if someone contacts me telling me they are their pictures, I'd of course immediately take them down/off/out of whatever I was using them on.

Anyway, If anyone wants em; feel free to take em and use them. If anyone has any requests, I'd be happy to try my hand at em. Maybe everyone knows how to do this, but I've gotten very proficient at it and it takes me no time at all. I have some very good ones of Jupiter and Saturn with the moons in them. I plan on using those for an age with a telescope. When you zoom in with the telescope you will be able to see the moons.

Sorry, I could only put up 3. I have like 15. I've tried to upload them to photobucket, but it keeps crashing my browser. I'll keep trying and get a link to ya'll.

Oh, well thanks for the compliment. I was thinking of using them on desks, picture frames, books shelves. Stuff like that. Ya know, over top of the base textures, or added to the diffuse texture in photo shop. That's what always blows me away about Cyan's work. It's so detailed; very realistic. Details are the most important to me.
