The bench works in UE4. Would it be possible to make the house look more photorealistic and less like Uru? I'm making this in Unreal 4 with photoscanned assets that look like this:

That means 4k or 8k textures and a higher polycount. I use http://www.cgtextures.com myself for high resolution textures.

Good work though.

I can send you the 3D models without texturing.
But I don't have the time to equip everything with new textures, because I am very busy with AlabastersDepths myself. ;)

Hello Yali,
here again the small Blendfile with the Strrandhouse, a wooden footbridge and a Water tower. Now it is all without texturing.
Anyone who is interested in these 3D models can use the file. If you are interested, I can also provide more inventory.

Nice thanks!

EDIT: Uh oh seems the blend file won't open in blender. Could you send the file as an FBX?

Actually I could also use the textured version for exploring in Uru as well.

I have a Discord server setup for the project btw which is my fan game Darka (I had a thread a while back with a demo room in D'ni) : https://discord.gg/CWrUHcF

I'll be sharing development updates and concepts there and people are welcome to join and potentially contribute. :)

Finally heres's a quick video of something new I've been working on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o0JRdaQ ... jV94AaABAg

It's a mystery to me why you can't open the blend files. I downloaded both links to the test myself, and it wasn't a problem for me to open the blendfile again.
However, you cannot open the file directlyafter the download with a double click. You should go to the download page (open the target folder) and from there it is best to move it to a folder of your choice. Then unzip the zip file and then you should be able to open the blend file.

Is it possible it's because I'm using the latest version of Blender? I put the file in a folder and tried opening it and it crashed.

Please try this Blenderinstallation :)

http://www.mediafire.com/file/j175z8xm3 ... 20.7z/file

You can open the Blendfile with: Open recent
Fingers crossed, that that work for you.

If that does not work i have to convert all models seperat. I have tryed to export the whole file as Sfx, the program seem to work the whole day on it, but i see no result.
I am somehow at war with the Autodesk converter, whenever I want to use it again I have to reinstall it.

This whole action reminds me of a German one ballad:
There were two royal children.
They couldn't get together
