New Relto page - Boundless Sky

Hello everyone,

I released a small Relto page to DI and UAM, "Boundless Sky". When active, it scales up the whole skybox around Relto, to make it feel less cramped. No more poking at the moons with a stick !
A bunch of meshes are adjusted (like the fog plane and lightning), and it even repairs some visual oddities, such as halos around the pine trees or around the sun.

As a bonus, it also allows you to mute the vultures and lightning SFX**, since those are extremely noisy for everyday use. You can access the toggles by using /spawn until you end up in the "debug room" !

This also means Relto can now be expanded further by other custom pages !

** And we also have our first bug - the vultures SFX may be heard even if their page is disabled. Sorry, this will get fixed soon. In the meantime, manually disable their SFX in the debug room.

We really need the double sided relto pages thing for CC, I already replicated it on my offline copy, it just takes removing one of the "<pb>" from each pages' xLinkingBookDefs.py entry, then again, I have never experimented with the UAM Relto Pages system and do not know how that would have to be altered to work with the standard pages, but I wouldn't think it would be that hard.

Good idea. I'll add it to my todo list. Flipping through the pages is annoying. (I wonder if the page flipping could be sped up a bit as well...)
