PRPExplorer Error

Postby Mystler » Sun Mar 29, 2009 1:50 am

Hi everyone,
since a few months i'm working with PRPExplorer (v0.6) but since my OS-Change to Vista64 a few weeks ago, i can't view or do anything in PRP Explorer. I get this error message: Image

This means (in English) something like:

"Untreated Exception in the Application. Click on 'Next' to ignore the error and continue the application. If you click on 'End', the application will close instantly!

is no acceptable Win32-Application. (Exception of HRESULT: 0x800700C1)."

Please help me!

See this thread for the cause of your problem, I.Brattin. I have the same problem, and an additional one, too (as described in the thread I linked to).
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

Zum Beispiel:

<configuration>

</configuration>

Wenn das JIT-Debuggen aktiviert ist, werden alle nicht behandelten

If it's possible to run applications in 32bit compatibility mode on 64bit Vista, that's probably what you want. :)
Currently getting some ink on my hands over at the Guild Of Ink-Makers (PyPRP2).

I think it runs apps automatically on 32-mode?
