Wright's Fallingwater in Half-Life 2

Everyone knows about Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater house, possibly the most beautiful house ever built.

Ahhh Falling Water in Source. Quite awesome. I particularly like Source's lighting capabilities. (complete radiosity lightmaps on all objects) It would be interesting to see some well known architecture in plasma. "An Uru explorer visits Fallingwater" :D

Then again, I'm not entirely sure how legal that would be to release.. :?

There's the actual video of the Half Life version. It's been around for a while. Very nice.

That looks like the same video that Chacal posted, except with more bloom. Perhaps running on better hardware? (or maybe just a lost of post-processing. :?)

This is correct. I watched both of Chacal's videos. ;) Check his links again. No, I did not mistake a video of the real Fallingwater for a computer rendering, thank you very much. :P

I would love to visit it some day.
I fear I'll be disappointed by throngs of tourists, like it was in Japan.

I've been there (I was living in Pittsburgh at the time, so it was a short drive).

It was a nice trip. There were other tourists, but it wasn't packed.
