Can't remember the link, but I remember it talking about an interview with Rand Miller here in 2008.

They were talking about where Uru could go, but I remember one specific thing:

"Turner holds the game rights for another year or two."

I'll go look for the article, but if this is actually true, it means Uru can't get off the ground again for two years, even IF Cyan gets the rights back. They'd have to bail out of the contract completely.
