Looking for a sample project with prerendered images

Has anyone put together some kind of explorable environment intended for static (Riven-like) exploration but never got around to doing the programming to link the images together? I know that The Future TM is probably multiplayer realtime 3D awesomeness, but I'm playing around with making a toolkit or set of templates or something for making Riven-style things with just html/css/javascript--including the storing of variables and support for puzzles and things. It's very very early in development, but I'd still like to have some better test cases than my four-node three-second Blender environment.

The ideal would be if someone had a Blender file that they could simply share and let me take renders of it, but if someone's got a different modeling program and is willing to take a lot of renders, that could work too :)

That sounds like a interesting project.
If all you are looking for is a test case or something to work from why don't you simply use Riven (or any other pre-rendered game)? You'd have everything ready to implement and test your engine: pictures, navigation, and puzzles. Even sounds if you need them. As long as you don't publish it that's be ok. And even then, if it's something small like a single small Age (Gehn's 233?) or a small area of an Age, Cyan might be ok with you publishing it. (don't take my word for it though)

Good point! It'd definitely be a way to hold myself to meeting the required features :)
