Is there anyone on this forum that can help with the MOULa forum? I can't register properly on that forum.

If you didn't get an activation mail during your registration, you have to write an email to Chogon/Cyan (the address should be listed somewhere).

Did you create an account? Forum accounts are separate from game accounts.

It might help us help you to know precisely what you mean by "can't register properly".
What steps have you taken and what difficulties did you encounter?

I think he has the same problem like me. After you typed in all your informations and click "Register" you get an PHP 404 error (or something like this) when normally the Activations Email should be send. So you don't get this Email and can't activate your account.

Never mind. It seems the registration is working now.
