Hey everyone around the world,, happy 2023! :)

Things seem slow around here lately, I haven't been here myself in months... :?

What's the latest news?

Me? I'm working on something special for Mysterium... :D (which I might be able to attend in person for the first time, weeee)

Happy new year!
Not much time for playing Uru these days, although I did explore with my son a couple of years ago.

Also won't 2023 be the 20th anniversary of Uru?
I seem to remember playing it first in 2003.

Correct. Following the beta(s) Uru's Prologue first came online in mid-november 2003.
Also the 30th anniversary of Myst. Which feels super weird for me, as it feels Myst is much older than Uru. Like Myst should be 40 and Uru 12. But it isn't. Amazing how video games evolved in just 10 years. When games from 2013 don't feel that different from games from 2023.

Anyhow, yeah Uru turns 20 and that makes me feel old. >_>

Happy New Year! :D

This forum definitely doesn't see as much traffic as it used to, but it's great to see people still actively posting. Seems like a lot of Uru stuff has moved to Discord, which is awful for searchability of information.

I am also hoping to attend my first Mysterium in-person this year. Would be great to meet some familiar faces!
