I've been a UAM user for a while, so sorry if this is a strange question, but is ULM's Age List the UAM list found at http://dusty.homeunix.net/uru-ages/uam.updates.htm or is it ran by another list?

ULM is essentially dead. It was superseded by its predecessor, the UAM, and the Offline KI.
