Hosting requirements for Ages?

Any ideas how many of us there are using ULM and how much traffic goes through when a new age is released? I'm thinking of buying some space. My current ISP only allows 40meg for non commercial accounts. Bandwidth is unlimited but there is only room for a couple of ages and a few texture or object files that I want to share.

How much traffic did ages like camp bravo or zephyr cove get when they were released?

It sounds like your concern isn't so much "how much space is needed" as "what bandwith is needed." Does the new ISP that you're considering have limited bandwidth?

Make sure that it has an FTP or something similar because ULM currently is very picky.

Yes I am more concerned now with bandwidth than storage.
I can get :
500MB storage and 25GB/month transfer for $4.95
2000MB storage and 100GB/month transfer for $8.95
Unlimited everything for $11.95

Even with the lowest price I could serve 500 of a 50MB age every month without hitting my limit. There are 523 registered members on GOW. Do they all use ULM and get ages? If only half of them are using it I'm probably safe with the smaller version. I'll save $48/year as well.

Don't forget the people on GoMa who might be downloading Ages too. And the bit of extra you get each time you load the database for the Age list.

That's not served on your server... that's the list server it's contacting (on the ULM website).

Um, look here please:

http://bluehost.com

That's the hoster for my own site (which is paid up for another two years @ about $7/month); I don't even scratch 1% of any of my useages, when there was useages. I'll be happy to host a ULM mirror for GoMa or individuals if that's needed; I offered that before (under UAM) and its still available if interested.
