Uru:CC is old software, that's why it is not easily available.

You don't need the off-line KI with MOUL, it has its own KI.

Chacal - thought I needed a copy of offlineki to play user ages - from what I understand, that's still the case with the current release of moul - except offlineki isn't compatible with current moul release, so no modding there :[

You cannot play fan Ages in Moulagain. Cyan doesn't want people to be able to just load up Ages; they want complete control.
