Here's a new version of the ERC map, updated with previous suggestions...The pavilion has been added, and the inaccessible areas have been removed. A copy has been uploaded to our box.net account as well.

Re: ERC Map v2
That looks great!
DOn't laugh, but it makes me want to print it out and colour it like from a colouring book!
...hmm maybe I will
Lord knows Jennifer probably does not want to see a coloured pencil for a while

Nah, I'm recovered. Been having some fun with purple and orange lately.

Re: ERC Map v2
I've turned the map into a height map and (using Bryce) converted that into a terrain mesh. Here's what it looks like in Blender:
The path is the shallow groove, the rivers are the deep grooves, the building foundations are the raised rectangles, and the lakes are the sunken areas.
The main area is too flat; I need to add various levels that are higher towards the upper cliffs. The lower cliffs need some jagged peaks for the waves to crash against. Plus, the polygon count is prohibitively high (200K); I'll throw the Blender "poly reducer" script at it when I'm happy with the elevations.

Can we rebuild it? Yes, we can - here's how.
