I found an interesting article here about different player types...Which type(s) are you? I think most Uru players are Wanderers and Participants. :)

How about "All of the above" but not at the same time.

I have to agree with Godot, I fit all those profiles in one way or another. MY standard for games is based on quality, not on type. :D

This is not something I care or worry about I squander my apathy on subjects like this.

I suppose that would make me an apathetic player or should that be a pathetic player :D

I'm a "Manager-Wanderer;" I really love strategy games like Star Wars: Rebellion and Alpha Centauri. They really nailed my player type with that one when they said that Managers "can rack up serious hours on the games they really love;" in the past I've played Rebellion until I got shooting pains in my right wrist whenever I clicked...so then I had to switch to my left hand in order to keep playing. :D But I also love Myst and other adventure games like Zork; I enjoy discovering the story and figuring out why every little detail makes sense in the context of the environment and what went on there in the past. :)

*gasp!* Godot and BAD, are you guys confessing that sometimes you enjoy being the "Monster?" :D I never suspected!

Hm... J'kla, maybe you're you a "Juggernaut?" :)

Sometimes, when I am in the mood, mayhem can be fun!
I still remember the feeling that I got the first time I blew away a Barney in Half Life.
That guy could be so anoying at times.
My other favorite games include "Silent Hill", "Call of Cthulu", "Soldier of Fortune" and "Return to Castle Wolfenstein"
I have spent way too much time playing the various iterations of Counter Strike. "The Hidden" is spooky fun.
