Thanks Robert for dealing with formalities :) I can meet up at that time, yes.

About GoMa- chat - I'll contact Nynaveve.

That time should be fine for me. Thanks, Robert and team, for all these arrangements.

As for repelling boarders from GoMa chat, I remember chasing away a certain Andy Legate before the first RAD discussion. Tsk.

Hmm, 9:00 am pdt... does that translate into 11:00 am EST?
I think I can make that. (with linux live CD 'n stuff). ;)

Well, I'm voting to have this move to IRC (if we want it to be private). People got sort used to IRC with the Cyan-GoMe thing. Mibbit is great for people with only a web browser. I had issues with my firewall and the Maintainer-chat... hope the cyantists don't have to let hackers into their comps to use the chat. :?

Admin-ing is also very easy with IRC as well.

I'd recommend using some IRC host as a stop-gap measure and then thinking about f getting a GoMa-chat IRC host and hooking it up to the website via some web-IRC thing.

If the GoMa had their own host then it'd be really easy to just spawn a new (and maybe limited) channel.

The GoW maybe could also have a kind of chat as well.

How do you all feel about this idea? :)

Also I have a drove of evil-(python programmed)-admin bots for IRC (Oh RIGHT I forgot those were the ones that kicked anything that moves). :P ;)

I think we had a similar conversation about IRC last time. GoMa chat is more straightforward. Sorry, Lontahv.

Lontahv - it's actually 10 am PDT/1 PM EDT; see below.

Actually I'll still be at work at that time but, if another time is not good, I can catch up with meeting logs, postings, etc.

Ok, Nynaveve confirms that the GoMa chat is open for everyone - no need for membership or something like that. It's easy to get logged in too. You just register and on you go. And besides, no one can sneak in and listen without be 'seen' ;)
We could discuss another place for the final meeting, if we decide to have one that is, but for tomorrow I think it'll do just fine.

@ Robert: this is the adress if you would like to pass it on to the cyanist judges

Thanks for the confirmation, ametist. I've sent out an invitation to the judges regarding tomorrow's meeting.

I'll attend the meeting, but only to be available to answer technical questions regarding Ahra Pahts and ULM - if that's alright with the judges.

That time is okay for me. See you all tomorrow.
