Huh? Wasn't that only in Kirel? Or does the offline KI place this into Bevin style neighborhoods?

Does it crash while linking there, on while you are in there? Does anyone else have this problem, too?The city crashes unfortunately...
You would have to manually do that in the Python code. The fist point doesn't even make sense as Sharper's office is not in Teledahn but in Ae'gura, so the link is placed there. Is there a way I can add linking panels to other existing books, such as
1 A link to the Teledahn Office into the Teledahn Linking Book
2 A link to the the D'ni Asheme'n Silo into the D'ni Book
3 Make all the linking panels moving panels.
I'm quite sure it is possible, but GPNMilano said it would be very hard, so I don't know if it will ever happen. Also is there a way I can change the binding on the Jalak, Minkata, and Pods book so it looks like it did in MOUL
But if I disable the LiveAdditionsXP in the age file, there are no crashes anymore. So even while the file might be completely ok, it obviously causes the client to crash due to some bug which occurs only on some PCs. I had almost no crashes anymore after removing the ticker with PRPExplorer, but since there might still be some references left and since objects are not really removed by it, that's not an option.I really don't think this is an issue with the tickers though. There's not a thing in those tickers that would cause these crashes. No missing textures. The animations work fine, etc. And its such a small number of people that are getting them, that it doesn't seem to me that its actually being caused by anything wrong with the files themselves.
Perhaps the old wrong version is still in your browser cache? You could try clearing it and then downloading again.I try extractking the Offline KI Data Files and I can not get access to it. I am using 7-zip and it says it is archived. I try opening the archive with 7-zip and it is telling me that it is unknown or damaged. I have tried downloading it again and still get the same messages. This is for 2.5.1

Tickers were in Kirel, Bevin and the City. One in the Classroom/Eggroom courtyard in Bevin. One by the courtyard tent in the City and another by the Museum Tent. These were present in MOUL but never turned on. They had no animated textures however, so I added textures so that they would match the Kirel Imager.

Ah thanks. I was not going to replace entire existing ages with MOUL ages anyway. Is this really necessary with the offline KI?
