If the bridge isn't restored then can the "floating diamonds" be removed, they look a bit odd sitting there in mid air. Also the place look fantastic, its really changed a lot since the first build, you guys are awesome!

The bridge is *growing* back, as we speak. :)

@Josef^B^B^B^B^BDaniel K: There is always room for another contributor, just thinking out loud :9. Any sort of contribution is welcome - one needn't even go anywhere near Blender. :)

Sorry for talking against you...... the bridge never come back, but I have a nice idea for the floating crystals. Now a magnetic field is holding them in the air. If it is possible please wait until my next turn..... :)

Thanks

I'm kinda tempted to join in, though I'm not sure what I can do with the skills and tools at my disposal... hmm. Aw, why not, I'm sure I'll think of something! If you'll have an utter newbie to the creative side, I'd be glad to do whatever little things I can think of and pull off. ^_^

The veto of the mighty creator trumps popular request, with regards to my meddling (..at least this time - I'll reserve the right to make arbitrary decisions. :P), so the bridge is out again, for now - takes an even smaller amount of seconds to delete it, than to load it back from an older .blend file.

Warmly welcome, keiya!

Recently instated loose policy makes you next in line, after myself. Your turn should come sometime before the end of the week, I believe. If you don't feel quite ready yet; just let me know and I'll move you a place or two down the queue.

Any contribution is appreciated, be it creative or analytical and it need not be anyhing that actually shows up in the age. It can be art of any kind (concept, texture, picture, diagram, storyboard - you name it), 3D work (modelling, texturing, lighting, etc), logic scripting, text (ideas, story, annals, etc), sound (effects, environment, music, speech, mastering), constructive critique (proofreading, sanity checking, academic advice, and so on). The list is endless and work can be both on new assets and modification of previously added ones. :)

Of course. If not for that, I would have not decided to join in. :J

Thanks for your generous offer, unfortunately I'm quite busy with another project, but I'll see if i can work something out for this place, probably just a concept art and text,if that's alright. May take a while though.
Wow I haven't been on here in a while.

In a (somewhat) related note:

@Corvus: Is there any chance you can do a tutorial on how you made that lovely glass in your lab on Rell-too? I'm looking at it in blender, and mostly understanding it, but, only enough to sort-of-maybe copy it, but not enough to actually *understand* it and use it properly. As far as I can see, it uses env-mapping (which is mostly black-voodoo-magic for me), and duplicated parts of the model, with different materials. Personally, I think such a tutorial would be a wonderful addition to the wiki, as it is common in most game-related modeling/modding wikis to include some sort of modeling tutorials, and to be honest, that glass is truly awesome.
