Is it just my connections or are all the Cyan sites down right now?

Same thing here. Hopefully it's planned downtime for major updates!

I agree... I know there's enough interest that people would play another reincarnation of closed-source MOUL again, but each time they bring it back and kill it, they lose more credibility and more interest. Anyway, there seems to be a lot of speculation going around without much evidence, so I'm just going to avoid that temptation, and sit back and see what turns up from this ;)

PS: Am I the only one who keeps reading "OS" in this thread as "Operating System"? I think "OSS" (Open Source Software) is a more common acronym, perhaps for that reason ;)

Hehe

"Uru OS - The multiverse on your PC today!"
"Need to write a document? Just link to the Writers Pub!"
"Social networking? The caven is there for you!"
"Google earth is right there in the Great Zero!"
"The Jalak game hub hosts a plethora for games!"
One day I ran through the cleft for the fiftieth time, and found that uru held no peace for me anymore.

Their sites seem to be back, but I can't see a difference at the first glance.
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

They said they were planning to throw up a shard to keep people occupied in the meanwhile. (One without new content.) But now for some reason, a bunch of people now think they're ready to release the source or start producing content again. That *could* be, but it just sounds like they're starting up their shard (think D'mala) again, as they said they would.
