This is one part of this work that I've done this weekend.
Additionally I'm redoing the living room.

Very clean, great texturing and lighting. How's the size of the age now? The last picture reminds me some of the caves in Riven.

Cheers, Jonnee.

Jonnee!

Each time I see a new picture I think "wow, this is a nice age as well" - then it comes into my mind that all this you build into ONE AGE!
I can't stop myself from being amazed.

Du bist einfach ein Genie. ;)

There are caves in Riven??
OMG, it's been so long away that I was playing Riven. :D I don't remember of any caves. :D

Breldur is still good sized. I don't have any technical problems while visiting it. But I'm beginning to be carefull. I don't use any large textures anymore and I try to use alot of textures more than once. That should keep the age playable.

@tachzusamm: Yes, I'm an unallowed brilliant genius (in texturing and modelling)!! :D
It's not a secret: I spend alot of time in modelling, texturing and lightning of objects.

Shame on you! :P I went through it again a couple weeks ago, I found out that GoG.com has it for 5.99$. A great deal. And while I already has it, this version in 100% compatible with XP/Vista/7.. Which makes for a much easier install, as you don't need to fiddle with the 1997 version of QuickTime.. Also you don't need to play with the CDs. (I usually play Riven and Myst at least once a year. It had been a while since I had been through Riven though; and this place it still just as amazing as always..)

Yeah, shame on me!

I have a small problem today: I need some of my own textures that I've used in Jonae. But I don't have them on my harddisk anymore.
So I tried to export these textures from URU. But I don't get it.
I think the program for doing this is PRPExplorer... Am I right? I don't remember.
Anyway, I don't get PRPExplorer running. It crashes at startup. Maybe I need some other software too to get it running. A few days ago I had to re-install all software on my computer. Maybe I forgot something to install....
Who can help please?

PrpExplorer crashed for me too, unless I used an older version as I recall. I think I had to use version 1440 or something like that. Well, you can email me for it if you can't find a link. And yes, this plan will work. After you have the .dds files, you can use them as textures. (I have done that too.)
