This.
I'm glad Andy gets some recognition for all the helpful material he published.

Unless Matthornb's changed the prize to paying off all my bills........I'll keep that one! :D

Please let me know if this sounds fair or if I should change something ASAP.

Honestly, I think a lot fo people were busy during the contest time. I would recommend having another contest soon as this was a really good idea. :)

Yeah, I think it was fundamentally a good idea, but it was poorly organized, poorly promoted, and victim to bad timing.

But back to what Andy Legate decided to do with the prizes:

I have a PM from Andy Legate listing his randomly generated numbers.
What I don't have yet is much response from board members submitting their number guesses.

If you want a chance to win something, please PM me with your guess, as described in Andy Legate's post.

At present time there are still more prizes available than guesses made - and time to submit guesses is running out.
This means if you PM with a guess, you've got a very high probability of winning a prize.

Two PMs submitted so far.

Tweek, yes - it was kind of a mess as contests go, poorly planned, but I think we'd pretty clearly established the deadline even if other aspects of the contest were vague.

Tweek, if you want to PM me and Andy with a number, now is a good time to do that. Same goes for anyone else reading this thread.

Okay, the give away has ended. I only had 2 people PM me and Matthornb, they have both won of course

They've also won both of the things they asked for. Matthornb will get with them via pm on how to get their stuff to them.
