I did the Functionality Check and something seems to be wrong, because the terrain doesn't seem to be lit, the pistons aren't moving and I can't click the button to open the gate.
Also as a sidenote; the ball passes through the ladder.

I just tried it, and the terrain is lit, the pistons move, and the button opens the gate. Did you copy the PAK file to the Python subdirectory of your Uru installation?

Yep - that's right. The ladder geometry does not have any collision geometry.

Yes I did. I'll try reinstalling the Age and retrying later tonight or tomorrow.

Hey Robert,

I'm having a little difficulty using the clickable regions. Whenever I try to export my age, I'm always greeted with an error message saying that the clickable object is not in a clickable region. I've checked, double checked, triple and quadruple check that it is indeed inside the region, and it still turns up the error. I'm stumped...

Any thoughts?

ShadowDude:

Take a look at the age.log file that was created during the export. It will print out the min/max bounds of the clickable region, then print the position of the clickable object. You can check for yourself whether the object is truly inside.

Also, make sure the region's origin and the object's origin is truly at the center of the object. To do this, select the object and bring up the Editing panel (F9). Click on "Centre New".

Let me know if this helps.
