That's pretty cool; you guys are supposed to be the rarest personality type. On a sidenote, what do you guys see as Atrus' personality type? I'm kind of leaning towards INTJ...? He keeps his house pretty clean, so can't be an INTP!
And I'm guessing Catherine was some kind of Idealist--have to read the books again to figure that one out.

Artisan.
These I knew as Myers-Briggs personality types.
Years ago I read the book "Type Talk At Work" and it has helped me in many occasions at work.
It explains the personality types and how to do work with them.

Years ago i did a similar test on a management coarse.
We wanted to build a team based on different personality / individualities.
In a project , its good to have different approaches to the task.
Also it is definately better to change the setting of a team along the progress of a project, to get a good and fast result.
In that way everybody is only involved at stages where his /her natural qualities are needed.
It was based on the theory, which you can find here.

i could only find one in the Dutch language unfortunately.
