Glitch: Relto Access

I noticed this a little while ago... when I start a new character on this shard and am at the Cleft I have a blocked Relto book icon at the bottom left corner, and pressing F3 does nothing. But after I interact with the Yeesha imager, even just clicking the panel for the code and exiting right away, I can press F3 and get the Relto book to appear despite not really having it yet, after that I can also use the Relto book icon in the lower left. (Actually, a lot of times the book icon works right away after using the imager even without using F3, but F3 will always work even if the icon doesn't)

Once at Relto I can link around but there are no sounds for linking, and once I exit the program and come back I am back at the Cleft again (and can keep doing this same glitch with the imager then F3).

I fixed the bug on the Shard, the bugfix will also be part of the next Offline KI release.
