I Just had a very weird Avatar Takeover

This Zombie attack occurred as I was attempting to start the Pellet Furnaces with 2 of my Avatars (28272) and (12181)

What occurred was: I had the hot spot at the scope but nothing happened when I clicked it, I left that furnace and started for another furnace, after a few steps the Avie was taken over and returned to the original furnace and pushed the button by itself. Things returned to normal and I was then able to start the furnace...

Hi, Wamduskasapa, I have experienced my avvie acting by itself like this in the pellet oven room - can't tell you which shard, and it was ages ago. Will see if I can track it down, as I reckon I posted something at the time.. it's spooky when it happens!

Before doing any action, such as using the ovens, the client waits on confirmation from the server. Any delays between your action and it actually happening are probably related to latency or dropped packets. If you manually lag out your connection (using torrents or something like that), you can see this happen on MOULa as well. The server we're on now has less than stellar network connectivity, but my provider assures me they're working on a fix.

For the baskets and logs, I think I am going to have to add some intrusive state checking to the server. We'll see.

Sounds like you have an outdated server.ini file. Have you tried running the installer again (or download and manually install the correct ini file).
