Could we do the GoW meeting BEFORE The All-Guilds meeting?

I'm kinda... on the East coast.

So... this is already 11 PM for me... and I've got schoolwork ^_^

For everyone, I think it'd be fine to hold a GoW Meeting at like 19 or 20 UTC (which would be 9 or 10 for me on the East Coast)

sorry i have not been around much lately, or i would have done something to get a meeting together back in november....

anyways, i think we should take the approach of setting up a system where our monthly meeting are the same weekend or day each month... to have some continuity to them (as for what day, you guys can decide that)

also i would like to have a bit of an organised system to these meetings, what i would like to see is people from the various teams giving presentations about what they are working on... people seeing what we do might bring on new members, maybe someone can set up a list of people who would like to present

because take it from someone who is not around this forum very much.... it can get very tedious wading through all the information
