A couple of tree generators, I prefer Gen3.
You got two options
1) Model the tree as a 3D object (set leaves as quads then you can use any texture you want on them)(warning watch the vertice count on the top right corner of Blender, to make sure there isn't an object that goes over 10000 vertices)
2) Model the tree and use Blender to raytrace (maybe YafRay would be best) and image of the tree, which you can paste onto a mesh plane (consumes the least resources in game and is the preferred method for just about every game)
Or you can take a photo of a tree and pain painstakingly edit it to your desire.
Its really easy, even that big tree in Relto has just a few mesh planes with textures on them to look real
