Carpet, on wood probably... it doesn't really matter what it's on, as long as it's carpet, and you can't see bumps from the dirt underneath just try experimenting on what color goes best with the green walls.

And, about the lamps, I'll make a sketch of them tomorrow, as, I don't think I'll have time tonight.

Hmm... perhaps they could be Blue or something? that might be a good color... and, it might be just that there's no lighting yet, but the inside walls don't look quite right... but I'm sure that (and the stretched outside texture of the hut) will be straitened out...

and here's how the lamp might look, it doesn't have to be this tall, and you can be a bit more creative on the base, but generally, make sure it has the triangular shade, etc.
the lamp table is pretty much just a circular table next to the chair, it doesn't hav to be that big...

Sorry for intruding, but since you are speaking of table lamps, I just feel compelled to interject with a link to some pictures that could be great inspiration not only for lamps, but other sorts of wierd machinery. :7

I kind of know what kind of shade you want for that floor-lamp... but I don't have any shades that I could use for a texture so, can't find any lampshade textures on the texture site I use either.

So, if you have a similar lampshade; please snap a pic. Thanks, Justin.


Oh and Jojon that lamp looks like something out of Spire--I think Sirrus had grow-lamps that looked like that.
