I'm glad to see input from the shard owners about this.
Zrax, you bring up an interesting point. Will someone who visited a shard that has fan-created content and then visits a "normal" shard (e.g. D'mala) cause any problems? Or is that what your new client does?
And how does Volcano provide access to the new ages: a new book in Relto, pedestals placed somewhere, new entries in the Nexus, etc?

From what we've seen in our testings, it *should* be safe to use the Volcano client on a shard that doesn't have the ages on its server (assuming you don't link to them). We don't, however, want to take the risk of it becoming unsafe and possibly messing up another shard's vault. So its [s]recommended[/s] required that you create a separate UU install for Volcano, and use that *only* on shards you know have those ages on them. We don't want to be indirectly reasponsible if anyone messes up D'mala
