Try taking a look through the (very) many skydome textures CGTextures has. You might just find the one you're looking for. :D Anyways, it gives you something to do while waiting for Andy. ;)

*hehe* Nice idea, Lontahv. :D But I don't want to register there. Got this message:

"Connection blocked

Hit up a public library or something, that usually works with their system. Otherwise you might ask if someone not working on a project with a steady IP could dl a skydome or two for you. If you get big on texturing, though, you might want to anyway just for the quality and resolution textures they have.

Dunno if this may just rub salt into the wounds, but I'm on dynamic IP, as are most home users these days, AFAIK and I never had that problem with CGTextures -- try again, perhaps? No better luck with www.imageafter.com ?

No, it's still not possible to enter cgtextures. And at imageafter I did not have success to find what I'm looking for.
I want to get a 360° skydome, without a sun. But all skydomes that I could find on the internet have a sun included, or these pics look much too realistic, or they have alot of massive clouds on it. They don't match to my age.
That's why I like the sky on the front page of the guild of writers...

So I've created an account at GOM and I will practise patience until I hear from Andy. :D

Hmm, I think EACH photoghraph taken at daylight and angle of 360° without much clouds MUST have a sun included.
Each other is either faked or just painted.

Btw, I checked all skycubes at CG Textures, none are with few clouds and without sun like the one you are looking for.
