Guild of Writers

Thanks for the feedback, tachzusamm! I've made the changes to the proposal - see first post.

Since the fourth bullet that you suggested deals more with the community at large rather than the GoW members, I'm going to leave it off of the proposal. But I fully intend to use it in the announcement that I send to the Guild of Messengers. [I'll start a separate topic for the wording for that announcement once the voting is underway.]

I'm fine with the changes so far.

I'm thinking that the proposal might be changed to read "for use by Age Writers" rather than "for use by the Guild". I realize that this is mostly an internal proposal and does not decree what non-members are to expect. I do feel that non-members who might read this could misconstrue the wording to mean that they are excluded from participation in the use and feeding of the archive.

The front page of the archive is pretty clear that it is open to all who wish to contribute and as long as the public announcement does the same; my concerns are probably for naught.

Hm yes, although I think this would be clarified with the fourth bullet I mentioned when published elsewhere than on this forum here.
