I remember there being a way to get into the city in ABM, one of the first hacks published for Uru... basically, you have to remove some of the city prp files so that the game links you somewhere else instead of the balcony. But I don't remember which files had to be removed in which order.
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

It would be trivial to just change the location of the default link-in point using PageEditor.

It's trivial if you know how to do it.
Other than Drizzle, the only hacking tool I know how to use is UruFun.
