You might not believe this, but, this is the same community I joined back in '08. We've been through tough times, but we've always been this way. ;) This is not some new "change of heart". =)

*Trust* me.

Let's revive this topic now when MOUL's opensourced. I'm not about to repeat my suggestions from the original post, but I could mention some ideas which I hope are possible now.

- Please make the UI completely accessible by keyboard (avatar chooser, setting/navigating options, avvie designer)

- Make it possible to choose an audio device used by the game. I'd like to separate my system's speech output, music playback (e.g. broadcasts), and game sounds into separate sets of speakers.

- Include text-to-speech support into engine, so that all the documents shown on screen could be spoken by TTS voice

- I'd like to be able to operate KI with keyboard only, and be able to enlarge chat/message/journal fonts without any limits - a user decides what's "reasonable", I use 40+ pts font size for comfortable reading

And one wish not related to accessibility - I hope there will be new shards compatible with CWE, and I hope I'll be able to choose one from the launcher

I would love to be able to add text and spoken scene description to my ages and be able to play them from the keyboard. I started my computing experience back in 1983 with text adventures on a Sinclair Spectrum.

"You have endered a dark vault your exits are North and East you have a flaming torch and a bucket of slop" etc.

These progressed to inevitible graphic adventure notably the Hobbit. But enough of these sandbag reminices.

TomVal looked at my Enobmort age and complained about the sameness of locations and I was at a loss to solve this text and spoken description and a compass would help this but as this sameness of locations its the whole point of the locations.

Now that my second age Noidrocca has extended this idea (Don't be disapointed Tom most visitors to both ages have become severly lost).

Using the cc version of the game with it's extended KI options does offer the /link xxxxxxx where xxxxxxx is the name of the age which is a step in this direction and a move towards keyboard play.

I say give me the option and I'll add it.
