Just noticed that the ULM website is working again for registering prefixes. OK, so it's been a few months but I thought I'd let you know.

However, IIRC, there was an issue with Cyan's plugin not accepting prefixes larger than 9999? Or am I completely mistaken?
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.
