i must give my PC to the Doctor (in the moment i write on the PC from my daughter)
so i was not able to answer earlier.
You are in the right cave. But if you stand down stair, you could not reach the cloth.
Go out and swim around the mountain. So you will find the right way.
I need help with the last step. I have found all 7 cloths and the green sphere with the D'ni code.
But I cannot find the "button" mechanism on the bridge. Thanks...
I found the button! That was more well hidden that I thought! There is no "black button" though on that pole, it was just an area of the wood pattern that shows up as a "hot spot". And, to top it off, I just started to walk instead of running, and ended up in the water as the bridge disappeared! Then I Relto'd out so I did it again by running across the bridge!
One last thing I wanted to check out on the main world before I link into Underworld. There is another picture in one the Village huts, of an open "trap-door" with chains in the building that is on top of one of the hills. How do you open that "trap-door" and where does it go to?
Thank you again for such a great game - job well done!
yes, it can even be difficult to get well over the bridge.
Please wait until the animation is finished. Then you can run to the end.
If you go slowly, you swim the rest, no problem.
To the image with the open trap-door:
Complete Underworld and then tunnel passage.
Then when you come back to Elodea, go to the mountain. (Beautiful view).
Use the link book and you'll understand.
I used to link right on the top of the hill, now I have to do some exercise. I think it's a good thing though because explorers were taking for grant this access so they never actually got to climb up the hill after they knew the drill to get there.
I have a question about a mystery in the Guild Room of Elodeas UnterWelt.
In the Guild Room, there are two Bas Reliefs. On the left is Felis Leo. On the right is Felis Tigris, but the lettering is reversed left-to-right ("sirgiT sileF"). This suggested to me that one should try to gain entry to the imaginable room on the other side of that wall.
I note that when I sit in any of the three Throne Chairs, the camera moves behind the chair, and there appears a hotspot target on the back and arms of the Throne Chair. When I clicked on the hotspot, I thought I heard a grinding noise, as if something had moved or a passage had opened, but it might have only been a fragment of the music. In any event, there was no effect on the Felis Tigris Bas Relief.
Am I missing something, or did I come across a dead end or a red herring?
While I'm at it, note that the parade of arches alongside the stream (where the imaginable room would exist) omit the Barrier Function, so that one can run right through them.
I have no idea about your hot spot question and possible grinding noise... but don't forget that if you were exploring in Deep Island (rather than offline), you can hear the doors, buttons, etc. throughout the Age. Which means that if someone else pushes a button or opens a door, you will hear it too no matter how close or far away you might be.
