I did a thorough search for this folder/file.....Can you be more specific as to where I might find it?

How can i do that, i see no Folder with Log data.....

Copy and paste that into the Windows Explorer address bar, and you will be taken to the log folder.

It's literally impossible to be more universally specific than that.

This is the exact path (Windows will fill in the rest with your user's personal path, which we don't know but it does).


If Windows tells you that this path doesn't exist, then please report that specifically, as that is a separate problem (and very unlikely if you've gotten to the point where the program is telling you to find it).

hi guys … I still cant get in in …. even with the previous installer it keep telling me (authentication failed... incorrect password)…. this is getting frustrating , ive done everything by the book …. created an account on the website, downloaded the installer. installed it but still I get this (authentication failed... incorrect password)...

I looked through the server logs to figure out what was going wrong. You need to use your forum username, not your email address to login.

okay so I got in but now it says that a serious error occurred and that I have to send my log to the developer... who do I send it to... can I compress and email it to you tsar?
