Simply put.
I don't think it is organized or polite to other guilds to suggest that they post on our forum as the only way to communicate with us.
Further, I think we need someone who can communicate with other guilds on their forums, monitor other guilds forums and report to us whats going on with them, and give the other guilds someone to ask questions they might think too sensitive, simple, or inappropriate to ask publicly.
I know there are plenty people here who disagree, but when we have a rep from another guild coming here confused about who to talk to, that speaks volumes about our organization.

Thank you, Bad. We're happy to talk to you here. The way I see it, you are our customers. It is our job -- our function -- to help you do what you love to do better. As soon as our Webmaster returns from the holiday (if my request is honored) we will have a subforum on our forum dedicated to working with the GoW, so feel free to post there (or anywhere on our forum) if you like.
But (speaking for myself) since I'm making a request of you, I find it perfectly logical to come to you. However, I agree, knowing who to talk to would be of tremendouse help.
