I think he's still running the old beta version of Time. It has quite a few quirks like that :D

I thought yesterday was Thursday - guess I was pretty eager for Halloween to come!

Whilyam: you know the answer, but I'll say it anyway - you gotta come up with the sounds yourself for this RAD contest.

And now I can say... that it is truly (less than) 24 hours left to register for the RAD 3 contest!!!

I have just got to do this. It was 24 hours and 36 minutes from when your post was made.

Now it is Less than 24 Hours!!!

Sorry Robert. Just had to do it. I'm a stickler for time. I'm not sure what it is. My parents instilled it in me, something about them seeing a bolt of lightning, and a clock tower...and a weird guy with white hair screaming "you've got less than four minutes" at some kid in a tricked out car. It put the fear of time in me.

Actually, this time I was right. We're still in daylight savings time here in the commonwealth of VA, so currently we're -0400 GMT. As of Sunday, we'll be back to -0500 GMT. If you don't believe me, just check out this time converter.

Now, you may be in one of those rebel areas that doesn't do the daylight savings thing. In that case - where you are - you're right.

Damn that Jimmy Carter... ;-)

Ben Franklin made up the idea of daylight savings time. IIRC

We're both wrong, Lontahv - it was William Willett that came up with modern DST!

And as of 45 minutes ago: the contest has started! The final list of contestants are:

  • Andy Legate
  • SeanMc74
  • Katreeny
  • Marcello
  • Trylon
  • GPNMilano
  • Lontahv
  • Whilyam
  • Ardent Red
  • boblishman

Good luck!

Hey guys, didn't see it in the rules anywhere, but it was a rule in the past:

Are we required to indicate credit anywhere? Before we had to put something in that listed what tools we used, programs, people's names, like if someone made some music for you.

It had to be like a plaque or a journal or something.

Are we doing that again this time around?
