I really like the red theme, but I understand what Ametist says, for some people too much red can be a little agressive. So something in-between like theme 5 sounds like a good balance to me.
I do understand what you're saying there... If number 6 wins I'm thinking we can counterbalance it with the green sky and a more varied ground foliation. A few large green and blue trees placed in key places would also be a good way to break things up. Still, I'm not that worried; see, when I was making the red-green valley and the earlier red jungle version below, I stared at the red version for hours--without growing tired of it. The green sky and an occasional patch of not-red balances things out well, and when you consider that there will be rotting tree trunks, rocks, dirt, dead leaves, etc. around... Well, that only dilutes the effect further.
